Sponsorship Guidelines

IECF is proud to support events and initiatives that strengthen the Inland Empire. We accept sponsorship applications from community organizations that share our commitment to a prosperous region. To ensure a thoughtful review of every request, we ask all applicants to follow these steps.

Eligibility & Criteria

Organizational Status: Must have 501(c)(3) status or a valid fiscal sponsor.
Regional Impact: Events must primarily serve residents within Riverside or San Bernardino counties. Priority will be given to events and organizations based in the Inland Empire.
Submission Timeline: Requests should be submitted at least 90 days before the event date.
Frequency: Organizations are generally eligible for one sponsorship per calendar year.
Funding Range: Typical sponsorships range from $500 to $2,500, based on alignment and community reach. Larger sponsorships are sometimes available.
Deadlines: ·
- May 31 — for events scheduled from July 2026 through December 2026
- November 30 — for events January 2027 through June 2027

Internal Review & Follow-up

Review Cycle: Applications are reviewed monthly. Applicants can expect a response within 30 days.
Post-Event Reporting: Sponsored organizations should share a brief impact summary and photos within 60 days after the event.
