Felicia Alexander is a proud Southern California native, dedicated community advocate, and proven leader in education and business. She currently serves as a Board Trustee for the San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) and as a Senior Director of Logistics for a prominent Aerospace and Defense company.

With over 30 years of experience in Global Supply Chain management, Felicia has developed a unique expertise in leadership, resource management, and innovative global supply chain solutions. Her career reflects her commitment to excellence and her ability to navigate complex challenges with strategic vision.

Felicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from U.C. Santa Barbara, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and certifications from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and Caltech University, solidifying her as a highly qualified professional and leader.

Felicia’s community involvement is extensive and reflects her passion for empowering others. She serves as the President of the Assistance League of San Bernardino and is an active member of organizations dedicated to civic engagement and community impact, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Social Lites, Inc., the American Legion Auxiliary, and Links, Inc.

Alongside her husband, the Honorable Damon L. Alexander, Felicia co-founded the annual San Bernardino Turkey Trot, a 5K/10K family fun run. This cherished community event brings families together in the spirit of giving and supports charitable initiatives throughout San Bernardino County. Felicia and Damon are proud parents of a blended family of 5 and 4 grandchildren.
