The IE Black Equity Initiative establishes the IE Black Equity Fund (now known as M.E.C.C.A. IE), and IECF creates the IE COVID-19 Resilience Fund, raising more than $800,000 and making 63 grants to nonprofits, and administers $10 million in COVID-related financial support through county assistance funds.
