• The Inland Empire is home to 13 federally recognized tribal governments, yet lacks a dedicated regional funding vehicle
• Many tribal communities, particularly non-gaming tribes, remain under-resourced and underserved
• Critical gaps exist in youth programming, education, and disaster relief/recovery
• Philanthropy has a unique opportunity to partner with and uplift tribal communities directly
