The Community Impact Fund provides capacity-building grants with a focus on racial, gender, and economic equity. Its objective is to strengthen the voice and power of its grantees to transform their communities. IECF relies on data that reveal disparities to drive its grantmaking, programs, and partnerships. The following are updates about 2022 grantees.

BLACK EQUITY FUND
When it comes to building healthy communities, Robert K. Ross, M.D., understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. As president and CEO of The California Endowment, the first foundation along with IECF to seed the IE Black Equity Fund, he recognizes that public health is an “all in” discipline, which means full inclusion.
